Lettings

Our new building opened its doors in December 2021. It offers first-class facilities for a wide range of uses. It is an ideal venue for conferences, meetings, concerts, and informal occasions. There are disabled toilets and baby changing facilities on the ground floor and first floor. There is a carpark at the rear of the building for up to 40 vehicles and there are two disabled parking spaces at the front of the building. A lift will be installed in October 2022 to provide access for all to the first floor. There is free WiFi access in all areas of the building.

Olive Branch Café and Kitchen

The café, which comfortably seats up to 40 people, has a well-equipped servery and kitchen. An ideal space for coffee breaks, lunches and for informal networking and conversation, the café and foyer area are great for display stands and there are two smart TVs installed for use by hirers.

Cedar Hall

Cedar Hall comfortably seats 230 people (theatre style) and can be very easily adapted for other uses. There are two large smart display screens, PA system and computer available. In addition to weekly church services, the hall is currently used for Parent and Toddlers groups, Pilates, Active Seniors, children’s and youth clubs.

Perfect for board meetings and small groups, this room is adjacent to the café at the front of the building.

First Floor

Upstairs, there are various spaces available for hire. Sycamore, Acacia and Cypress rooms can form one large space seating 100+ people.  We plan to install room dividers for the large area to allow more flexible use of the space, providing the option of having one, two or three rooms for simultaneous use. Smart TVs are available and PA system is available. The Willow room is an informal space, an ideal break-out space for coffee breaks and networking. There is a kitchenette for serving light refreshments.

The Palm room is ideal for one-to-one meetings, interviews, or meetings of small groups up to 8 people.
